Week of 7/13:

• Crews have placed temporary hydro mulch down for stabilization as they are waiting for the weather to cool down a bit to finish restoration and to lay sod. Sod will be installed possibly at the end of the week.

• Crews will be backfilling curbs to get ready for restoration. Sod will be installed mid to the end of the week.

• Pond work will begin as soon as the weather dries up and cooperates.

You will still be able to get in and out of your home, but please expect minor delays and please no street parking on paving day. Our crew will help coordinate your access and get you in and out as quickly as possible. The second layer of asphalt will be installed at a later date.

• Tuesday, 6/30: Asphalt will be installed in all three of the cul-de-sacs (Preserve Place, Preserve Circle and Preserve Alcove).
• Wednesday, 7/1: Preserve Trail will be paved. Weather depending.

  • Saturday (6/27) - Tuesday (6/30): Crews will be raising manhole covers & gate valve boxes and grating the aggregate base to prepare for paving.
  • Wednesday: The first of two layers of asphalt will be installed. You will still be able to get in and out of your home, but please expect minor delays and please no street parking on paving day. Our crew will help coordinate your access and get you in and out as quickly as possible. The second layer of asphalt will be installed at a later date.
  • Thursday: Crews will be backfilling curbs to get ready for restoration.
  • Friday: Holiday - no work.

  • Monday & Tuesday: Crews will continue installing new curb & gutter, sidewalks and pedestrian ramps.
  • Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: Milling and reclaiming will begin. Large equipment is needed for this process so please drive carefully and allow for a little extra time for minor delays.

• Due to the rain today (Wednesday, 6/17), the new curb & gutter, sidewalks and pedestrian ramps will be completed Thursday, Friday & Monday.

• Phase 1 & 2

  • Monday & Tuesday: Crews will be finishing up sod placement. Please watch for a letter which was mailed out on June 11th regarding sod warranty and sod care. A copy of the letter has been saved under documents for your reference.
  • Mailboxes will be re-installed the beginning of the week.
