UPDATED Construction Update for the Week of August 17, 2026

UPDATE: In Phases 1 & 2, in addition to the cul-de-sacs listed below, the Contractor will also be adding the final layer of asphalt to 140th Street between County Road 27 and Yosemite Ave AND Alabama Ave from Loftus Lane to 140th St.

Phase 1 & 2

On Wednesday, August 19, crews will be putting down the final layer of asphalt in the following cul-de-sacs: Colorado Ave, Brunswick Ave, Alabama Ave, Zarthan Ave, 139th Street, and Yosemite Circle. There will be no on-street parking from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There will be continued access but expect small delays.

Wednesday, August 19, crews will be removing and replacing isolated areas of curb and gutters.

The remaining roads will be completed the first part of next week. Date will be communicated by the end of this week.

Phase 3 & 4

Paving will be sometime next week. Date to be determined.
