Construction Update for the week of 7/6

Phase 3 & 4 (Preserve Trail)

A few more changes for this week:

Wednesday, 7/1: No paving took place due to the weather.
Thursday, 7/2: Crews will finish paving.
Friday, 7/3: Holiday. Crews will not be working.

Week of 7/6:

Crews will be backfilling curbs to get ready for restoration. Sod will be installed mid to the end of the week.

Pond work will begin as soon as the weather dries up and cooperates.

You will still be able to get in and out of your home, but please expect minor delays and please no street parking on paving day. Our crew will help coordinate your access and get you in and out as quickly as possible. The second layer of asphalt will be installed at a later date.
