Construction Update July 20, 2026

Phase 1

• Pond work will continue all week.

Phase 3 & 4 (Preserve Trail)

• Sod replacement will begin the end of the week if temperatures cool down enough.
• Irrigation repairs will continue all week.

All Phases

• The final lift of asphalt is currently scheduled for the first week in August. Stay tuned for updates.
