Chase Reality is proposing a 105-unit apartment building with underground parking on the vacant property located at the southeast corner of 154th St. and Dakota Ave. The land is guided Medium Density by the 2040 Comprehensive Plan and Zoned R-2, Medium Density. This proposal includes the removal of the existing structure on site. The proposed building is three stories in height and approximately 60 feet at the closest point from the 154th St. property line and 119 feet from the Dakota Ave. property line. As part of the project, reconstruction of a portion of Dakota Ave. south of 154th St. will occur if approved.
