Phase 1 (Louisiana to CR 27) and Phase 2 (Quebec Ave to Louisiana Ave):

• Happy to report that Phase 1 and 2 are now open for traffic! The last lift of asphalt along with the median planting will take place this fall.

Phase 3:

• Crews will continue working on relocating small utilities through August 11.
