Project Updates

Staff will be bringing back a revised Short-Term Rental proposed ordinance to the City Council at tonight's Council work session. Tonight's meeting is informational; no decisions will be made at this meeting.

Changes to the proposed ordinance are based on resident feedback and Council input gathered in May 2024 and would allow owner-occupied short-term rentals. The proposed ordinance would also require properties to be licensed with the City. Read the proposed ordinance here.
