PUD Amendment

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Savage Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers at Savage City Hall, 6000 McColl Drive, Savage, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter, on Thursday, April 24, 2025, to receive public comment on a request for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Amendment as outlined per the Planned Unit Development District City Code Sections 152.420-152.431. The proposed amendment is requesting modifications to the Master Sign Plan and signage regulations within the Building and Site Design Standards for Savage Crossings located at the southeast quadrant of Highway 13 South and County Road 42.
