A Planned Unit Development (PUD) amendment is being requested to modify the Master Sign Plan and signage regulations within the Building and Site Design Standards for Savage Crossings, located in the southeast quadrant of Highway 13 South and County Road 42. The amendment request is to allow larger wall signage than what is currently allowed for a new tenant (ROSS Dress for Less) in the former Office Max space near the Target store.
Updates: A public hearing was held by the Planning Commission at its meeting on 04/24/25 and the Planning Commission recommended approval. This application was approved by the City Council at its meeting on 05/05/25.
