PUD Amendment

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Savage Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers at Savage City Hall, 6000 McColl Drive, Savage, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter, on Thursday, June 26, 2025, to receive public comment on a request for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Amendment per City Code Sections 152.420-152.431, to consider allowing the proposed construction of a 6-unit addition for the Rivers of Life memory care facility for the property located at 6700 Egan Drive. The property is zoned as PMD, Planned Mixed-Use District and the land use is guided as Mixed-Use.

This item will be included as a consent agenda item listed on the City Council's 07/07/25 meeting at which time the project will be considered for approval. Any consent agenda item may be pulled from the approvals for discussion by any member of the Council. The approval will include an ordinance to amend the Planned Unit Development (PUD) and a resolution to approve the building addition.
