Spring 2026 construction is anticipated!

A 6-unit addition is being proposed on the west side of the Rivers of Life memory care facility located at 6700 Egan Drive. The property is located at the intersection of Loftus Lane West and Egan Drive (County Road 42) as illustrated in the aerial image below. The applicant's narrative explaining the proposed project and the full plan submittal can be found under the documents section. The Planning Commission held a public hearing at its meeting on 06/26/25 and recommended approval and this project was approved by the City Council at its meeting on 07/07/25.
