NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Savage Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers at Savage City Hall, 6000 McColl Drive, Savage, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter, on Thursday, September 24, 2026, to receive public comment on the following requests as required by the Savage Zoning Code for a zoning map amendment per Article 152.827 to rezone Trout Run Preserve 7th Addition from PMD, Planned Mixed-Use District to R-1 Low Density Residential District with a Planned Unit Development (PUD) overlay designated as PUD 2026-2 per Division 152.420. If approved, the proposal would allow the rear yard setback of the principal structures to be reduced from 30 feet as is currently required, to 25 feet from the rear lot line for all existing, platted and developed residential properties within Trout Run Preserve 7th Addition. The properties are legally described as follows:
Lots 1 through 22, Block 1, Trout Run Preserve 7th Addition, Scott County, Minnesota
