Project Approved

On February 2, 2026, at its regular meeting, the City Council approved the request to replat the property, amend the planned unit development (PUD) to allow for the construction of a 4-story, 72-unitindependent senior living facility. In addition to the conditions presented by staff, Council also requested the architectural design of the skyway, connecting buildings 1 and 2, be enhanced with more design elements from both buildings.
