Meadows Senior Living, 2nd Addition

Meadows Senior Living is proposing an expansion. The expansion will include a second building intended for independent senior living (55+) with 72 units. Units will be available with1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom layouts. The request includes a 2-lot subdivision plat, a amendment to the planned unit development, and final site plan and building design approval. These applications require a public hearing before the Planning Commission and final approval by City Council.
