Key Dates

A public hearing for this request will occur before the Planning Commission at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Following the public hearing, the Commission will discuss the request, and any evidence gathered during the hearing and make a recommendation to the City Council. Notices for the Public Hearing are published in the Minnesota Star Tribune 10 days prior to the hearing (Sunday Edition). Additionally, all property owners within 350 feet of the site will receive a direct mailing from the city notifying them of the date, time, and location of the hearing.

This item is tentatively placed on the City Council's consent agenda for approval. Any consent agenda item may be pulled from the approvals for discussion by any member of the Council. The approval package includes an ordinance to amend the Planned Unit Development (PUD) and a resolution to approve the Site Plan/Building Review.
