Kwik Trip at 14175 Vernon Avenue South, is proposing a building expansion. This expansion will include the addition of a kitchen and an interior remodel. Along with the addition there will be some minor adjustments made to the parking lot. This project proposal requires approval of a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Amendment to existing Planned Commercial District (PCD-8) and a Site Plan/Building Review Approval. A public hearing will be required before the Planning Commission, followed with approvals by City Council.
