Conditional Use Permit

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Savage Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers at Savage City Hall, 6000 McColl Drive, Savage, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter, on Thursday, July 24, 2025, to receive public comment on a request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an automobile sales and major and minor automobile repair facility in the C-2, General Commerce zoning district, as required in Section 152.031 of the Savage Zoning Code. The subject property is located at 7583 Hwy 13 W, Savage, MN 55378.
