UPDATE: PROJECT APPROVED
A Conditional Use Permit (CUP) application has been submitted for the property located at 7583 Highway 13 W. The Planning Commission held a public hearing at its meeting on 07/24/25 and recommended approval and this project was approved by the City Council at its meeting on 08/04/25.
Garrett West, Manager of Front Line Auto, is requesting a CUP to allow major and minor auto repair and used automobile sales uses within the existing building. No additional modifications or improvements are currently being requested with the CUP. The submitted Floor Plan illustrates that half of the building will be used for vehicle sales and associated office, and the other half will be used for vehicle repair and associated office.
Proposed Uses
Existing building is approximately 6,400 square feet (160 ft. x 40 ft.)
Vehicle Sales - Used (plus storage and warehousing of vehicles offered for sale) = 2,750 square feet
Vehicle Repair Shop = 2,750 square feet
Total Office area = 900 square feet (Vehicle Service Office = 450 square feet + Sales Office = 450 square feet)
