The Planning Commission is scheduled to meet on Thursday, February 8, 2024 to review and discuss the updated information and provide a recommendation to the City Council. All interested parties are invited to attend the Planning Commission meeting in the Council Chambers at Savage City Hall, 6000 McColl Dr at 7 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible.

All interested parties are invited to attend the Planning Commission meeting in the Council Chambers at Savage City Hall, 6000 McColl Dr at 7 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible.

A public hearing was held to consider the request to rezone the property located on the NE corner of County Road 27 and 154th St. to the Planned Unit Mixed-Use District (PMD) which included consideration of a preliminary plat for a future retail building and coffee shop. At this meeting, the Planning Commission tabled the request to rezone the property until December 7, 2023.
