NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Savage Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers at Savage City Hall, 6000 McColl Drive, Savage, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter, on Thursday, January 8, 2026, to receive public comment on the requests for a Preliminary and Final Plat per Section 151.07 and 151.08 and Site Plan per Section 152.034 of the Savage City Code. The proposal includes the request to replat the existing outlot (PID 265230020) into a buildable lot, and to vacate and replace existing drainage and utility easements. The development proposal includes the proposed construction of a 21,210 square-foot condominium building designed to accommodate up to 20 multi-tenant commercial units. The property is located at the southeast corner of Hwy 13 W. and Hwy 13 S., and is within the C-2, General Commerce District, and regulated by Section 152.205-152.210 of the City Code.

Easement Vacation
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Savage City Council will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers at Savage City Hall, 6000 McColl Drive, Savage, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter, on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 to consider an easement vacation request from Gravity Investment LLC pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 412.851 to allow the removal of a portion of an existing drainage and utility easement surrounding a wetland following a wetland delineation on property located at the southeast corner of Hwy 13 W. & Hwy 13 S. The property is legally described as:
