Construction Update Week of June 8


  • Phase 1 & 2

    • All week: Restoration crews will start placing topsoil in boulevards in preparation for sod. Sod to follow soon! Watch for a mailing to be sent soon after sod is placed regarding sod care and warranty information.
    • Wednesday - Friday: Pond excavation work will begin.

    Phase 3 & 4 (Preserve Trail)

    • Utility work will begin.
    • Marked curb will be removed.
    • Old pedestrian ramps will be removed, and grading will take place in preparation for the new ramps.
