Construction Update Week of June 15


  • Phase 1 & 2

    • Monday & Tuesday: Crews will be finishing up sod placement. Please watch for a letter which was mailed out on June 11th regarding sod warranty and sod care. A copy of the letter has been saved under documents for your reference.
    • Mailboxes will be re-installed the beginning of the week.

    Phase 3 & 4 (Preserve Trail)

    • Monday & Tuesday: Crews will be removing marked curb & gutter along with grading in preparation for the new pedestrian ramps.
    • Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: New curb & gutter, sidewalks and pedestrian ramps will be placed.
