Construction Update September 5 - 12, 2025

• Paving of the road has been moved to Monday, 9/8 and Tuesday 9/9. See map for schedule.
• Paving notes to prepare for:
  • No Street Parking allowed, please keep vehicles in driveways or parked on another street off-site. Everyone should have access in and out of driveways and throughout the site during paving, but delays should be expected if the operation is in front of your house and you need to enter or leave your driveway. You may need to wait until the paver and roller has passed through (15 to 30 minutes for cool down). Please be mindful that there will also be a tack coat placed prior to the paver making a pass. Be cautious of the tack coat as it is very sticky and shouldn't be driven on. The tack coat takes about 30 minutes to setup.
• Residents can use parks or other streets outside of the project for parking if needing to leave during the day.
• Please verify that your irrigation systems are working properly after repairs were made. If it is not working properly, please contact Kale as soon as possible.
