Representatives from the Engineering Division will be on hand to present information contained in the feasibility report and to answer your questions about the proposed improvements, assessments, access, project process, etc.

Proposed 2024 Street Improvement Project

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Savage, Scott County, Minnesota, will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers of the Savage City Hall, 6000 McColl Drive, Savage, Minnesota, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111, to consider the making of a public improvement, which is to partially reconstruct via a full depth mill and overlay the following streets within the City of Savage:

 The total estimated cost of the improvement is $3,785,504. It is proposed that $4,099 per unit shall be assessed against all benefited properties in the full depth mill & overlay area.

Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.

A neighborhood meeting will be held to allow residents to view maps of the proposed improvements, ask questions about the project and process, and call attention to any potential problems.
