The proposed project is located at 5450 126 St. and requires a public hearing to combine two properties (PID 269160570 and PID 269160020) into one property, as required in Section 151.07 and 151.08 of the Savage Zoning Code. The two properties are two existing industrial properties that function as one property currently and no other changes or modifications are being proposed at this time. The two existing properties are also legally described in the public hearing notice.
