Beautify Our City

First of all, I would like to say how lovely I think the new monument signage looks around our city and I appreciate the updates in modernizing our curb appeal. In addition, I would LOVE to see more parks in our area - or least update the current playgrounds with better equipment and perhaps a splash pad. I also REALLY like the playgrounds that have the poured in rubber surfaces instead of wood chips, pebbles, sand, etc... so that would be super nice to have as well. Other than that, a community center would be AMAZING, along with more walking/biking trails. I must admit that all too often I have to seek out other cities (Prior Lake, Bloomington, Eden Prairie) to find these things. Other things I'd appreciate would be well maintained streets and lush trees/landscaping. Trees planted (or maybe sculptures) in some of the medians of the streets (like 42) would add a nice touch as well.
