A mighty little city

There are many hidden gems in the city of Savage. I'd love to highlight them through a connected path system, signs in parks with info. on unique offerings at other parks in the city (ie. pickleball, archery, horseback riding, horseshoes, ice skating, cross country skiing). Give people access to the Fenn area by building a bird watching boardwalk. Give people access to the Minnesota River by rebuilding the old railroad bridge over the river and clean up the trail. Move the Farmers Market and encourage a variety of vendors to participate beyond veggies and plants - add music, food trucks, boutique pop-up shops. Connect our past to our present, still highlight Dan Patch, but bring horses to the city! A stable, mounted police during special events, horse rides through community education and summer programs.
