McDonalds - Open during construction

Construction is underway at the McDonald’s location

at 3990 Egan Drive

An application for a parking deferment was submitted to the City and was reviewed and approved in 2024 along with a proof of parking plan. A building permit application was also submitted for site improvements that did not require a Site Plan application. A second drive through lane is in the process of being added to the east side of the building for customers in addition to parking lot and sidewalk modifications and landscaping improvements for the site.
