Consultation has concluded

MnDOT, in partnership with the cities of Savage and Burnsville and Scott and Dakota counties, is reconstructing Hwy 13 between Quentin Ave. in Savage and Nicollet Ave. in Burnsville. This work will also include the intersections at Quentin Ave., Lynn Ave., Chowen Ave., Washburn Ave., and Nicollet Ave. The goal is to improve safety, reduce congestion, and improve traffic flow. Construction is tentatively scheduled for 2027 - 2030.

    MnDOT and city and county staff will be available to offer information and answer questions. If you can’t attend the in-person meeting, a recording of the presentation will be available on the project webpage following the meeting.
