Scott County is improving McColl Drive, also known as County Highway (CH) 16. Improvements are planned to the CH 16 corridor between CH 18 and Trunk Highway (TH) 13. These improvements are aimed at addressing safety, traffic flow, drainage, and non-motorized access needs along this corridor.

Scott County is the lead on this project. Construction will begin in the Spring of 2026. For updates on this project, see Scott County website.
