County Road 16 Mill and Overlay Project

The segment of County Road 16 (McColl Drive) from Highway 13 to the City's border with Burnsville to the east will get a full mill and overlay in 2024. Improvements will include a 4" mill and overlay of the existing road, storm sewer repair, ADA pedestrian ramp upgrades, sign replacement, concrete walk, and bituminous trail rehabilitation. The City will perform water and sanitary sewer maintenance in conjunction with this project.

This is a Scott County project, and the county will pay for all work except the trail work, which will be split between the City and County. More information regarding this project is available at scottcountymn.gov.
