Planning Commission held a public hearing for an application requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow impervious surface on a residential lot over 35%. The applicant is proposing to construct a porch at the rear of the property resulting in the increase in impervious surface area. Planning Commission recommended approval by a 4-0 vote.
